Job summary

We+ Asia seeks an experienced SAP FICO Business Analyst/Consultant to support SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, Bank, Fixed Assets) and related applications. You will handle incidents, deliver projects and drive process improvements across financial systems.

The role requires hands‑on SAP FICO knowledge, strong incident and project management skills, and a focus on scalable, sustainable solutions with effective stakeholder collaboration across finance and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP FI, with hands‑on work in GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting and Fixed Assets.
• Experience managing SAP production incidents and service issues.
• Proven ability to lead projects, drive process improvements and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for SAP FICO incidents and production issues.
• Provide functional expertise across SAP FI processes and translate business requirements for development teams.
• Lead or support SAP-related projects and system enhancement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve SAP FICO functionality and automate processes.
• Maintain appropriate SAP FICO documentation and governance.
