Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years delivering and implementing enterprise solutions, especially in Finance systems.
• 8+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Strong organisation, adaptability, and accountability with delivery commitments.
• Experience integrating SAP with internal and third-party systems.
• Proficient in project delivery methodologies, tools, and templates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with independent judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of insurance industry and SAP products is advantageous.
