Job summary

3E MEMTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Director to lead the company's financial management, planning and strategy in Singapore.

You will work closely with the Managing Director and senior management to strengthen financial controls, ensure sustainability and drive growth across business units. The role oversees budgeting, cash flow, statutory compliance, audits and investor reporting, and requires delivering timely management accounts and strategic financial recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, annual budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business and investment decisions.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, banking facilities, foreign currency transactions and funding requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, manufacturing costs, operating expenses, profitability and financial performance.
• Oversee the preparation and review of monthly management accounts, financial statements, cash-flow forecasts and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, corporate tax, GST, payroll, CPF and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, banks, government agencies and professional advisers.
• Manage audit, tax filing, government grant claims, financial due diligence and investor reporting processes.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, approval procedures and risk-management processes.
• Review commercial contracts, payment terms, pricing arrangements and financial implications of business transactions.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, intercompany transactions and financial record-keeping.
• Support fundraising, financing, investment negotiations and corporate restructuring activities where required.
• Lead and supervise the company's finance and administrative functions and ensure accurate and timely completion of financial activities.
• Perform other financial management and corporate governance duties assigned by the Managing Director.
