Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or CA would be advantageous.
• At least 12–15 years of relevant finance experience with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Provide regular financial analysis, management reporting and insights to senior management.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and identify variances with corrective actions.
• Develop financial dashboards, reporting frameworks and KPIs for data-driven decisions.
• Drive profitability analysis, cost management and resource optimisation.
