JT INTERNATIONAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Director SAT to lead the market's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and performance management across the business.

You will partner with the General Manager and leadership to align with corporate targets and optimize capital deployment. Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience managing end‑to‑end finance functions, preferably in a multinational FMCG environment.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Strong business and financial acumen with leadership, stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Expertise in financial planning and analysis, financial accounting, taxation and business performance management.
• Solid understanding of financial governance, regulatory compliance and legislative frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Market Financial Strategy and Business Performance development, budgeting, resource allocation and investment priorities.
• Ensure Financial Governance, Compliance and Risk Management, internal controls and asset protection.
• Deliver Financial Planning, Reporting and Cost Optimization, including statutory filings and business analytics.
• Lead Supply Chain, Logistics and Operational Excellence, overseeing working capital and process improvements.
• Develop Strategic Partnerships with corporate functions and external partners to enable long‑term growth.
