Job summary

Singtel is building a future-focused finance leadership team. The Finance Director oversees financial governance, planning, treasury, tax, legal and reporting for a multi-entity group.

You will partner with the CEO, Investment Committee and Board to drive sustainable growth and value creation. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario analyses while ensuring compliance and the highest standards of financial integrity across six entities, including Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in finance with ability to guide senior teams.
• Experience coordinating with boards and executive committees.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, risk management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across six entities.
• Oversee treasury, tax, audit, HR/payroll and corporate secretarial matters.
• Engage with CEO, Board and Investment Committee to provide timely financial insights.
• Ensure robust policies, controls and governance frameworks across the organisation.
