Job summary

GUOTAI JUNAN INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LIMITED is seeking a capable finance leader to oversee all finance operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, treasury and compliance.

The role requires strong knowledge of Singapore FRS and IRAS regulations, plus the ability to lead a team, drive governance, and deliver insightful financial analyses to senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 5 years in accounting, finance, or business administration; progress toward CA/CPA is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and IRAS regulations is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work under tight timelines with minimal supervision.
• Forward-looking with problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.
• Team player with good organisational skills.
• Experience with Yonyou is a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Chinese proficiency preferred as HQ is in China/Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of finance operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, treasury, taxation and compliance.
• Ensure timely month-end close, management accounts, financial analysis and reports.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, risk management and internal processes.
• Manage liquidity, working capital, banking facilities, funding and cost allocation.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee external audits, tax matters, GST, regulatory submissions and compliance.
• Build relationships with banks, auditors, advisers and external stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the finance team with clear accountability and succession planning.
• Deliver high-quality financial analysis and reports for decision-making.
• Lead ad-hoc finance initiatives and system/process improvements.
