Advanced Energy Management Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across manufacturing operations. The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to drive profitability and efficiency.

You will develop financial models, perform scenario analyses, and present insights to senior leaders to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years experience in Financial Analysis, Controllership, or Commercial Finance.
• Lead annual operating planning, budgeting, and forecast processes.
• Develop financial models and perform scenario/what-if analyses.
• Lead revenue forecasting, gross margin analysis, and OPEX management.
• Partner with operations and other functions to drive profitability.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Operating Plan, annual budgeting process, and long-term financial planning.
• Drive monthly and quarterly forecasting activities with risk assessments.
• Monitor performance against budget and forecast; identify drivers and actions.
• Develop models, run scenarios, and provide financial insights to leadership.
• Prepare and present financial reports and business insights to executives.
• Oversee CAPEX evaluation, ROI analyses, and capital governance.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, quality, and engineering for efficiency.
