Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification in Accountancy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fixed assets management: acquire, register, stocktake, transfer, write-off, dispose to meet policy and audit needs.
• Administer and monitor projects: budget tracking, expenditure, claims, funding use, project reporting.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring for resource utilization.
• Review AOR submissions for completeness, budget availability, procurement policy compliance, and alignment with org goals.
• Develop, implement and review internal controls to strengthen governance and operations.
• Prepare management reports, analyses, presentations, and papers for decision making.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and address audit findings.
• Supervise and mentor officers to achieve department objectives and service excellence.
• Lead process improvement, digitalisation, and transformation initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
