MAS Monetary Authority of Singapore is seeking a Deputy/Assistant Director for the Partners Division (Finance) to lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. • Relevant experience in financial management or budgeting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting processes, and financial analysis techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheet applications, and data management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and expertise in data analytics and visualisation.
• Experience in governance and risk management within a financial context.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple financial priorities.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development in financial management practices.
• Experience in business transformation initiatives and their impact on financial planning and management.
• Applicants with experience in use of AI tools, including developing LLM-powered agents to complement and enhanced IT systems, business processes, and process automation, will be preferred.
• Applicants with knowledge and experience in data analytics, and a proven track record of translating data into actionable insights to drive continuous process improvement, will be preferred.
• Applicants should be Singapore citizens.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements sound financial and budgetary control policies to promote financial prudence and ensure compliance with government policies.
• Manages preparation, analysis, and compliance of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Participates/leads initiatives for system testing, enhancements or integration, strengthening internal controls and process improvements.
• Collaborates with other teams and departments to align budgetary objectives across operations.
• Co-leads or participates in projects supporting the Whole-of-Government digital transformation roadmap for finance.
