Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore seeks a Finance cum HR Executive to manage daily financial operations and core HR functions. The candidate will oversee accounts management, payroll processing, financial reporting, and compliance with Singapore tax and HR regulations. Job Title:

Finance cum HR Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Finance cum HR Executive to support the company’s finance, accounting, tax, regulatory reporting, and HR functions. Reporting to the Chairwoman and CEO, you will handle day‑to‑day financial operations, statutory compliance, and core HR administration, ensuring smooth operations and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts (AR, AP, GL), month‑end closing, journal entries, collections, and payments.
  • Process payroll, staff claims, and vendor invoices.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist with management and performance computation.
  • Support quarterly GST filings, annual tax submissions, and statutory HR reporting (CPF, IR8A).
  • Assist with MAS filings, VCC setup, and liaise with auditors, banks, and fund administrators.
  • Manage HR tasks including onboarding/offboarding, documentation, payroll, and employee queries.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in asset management.
  • Knowledge of Singapore tax, MAS regulations, and HR compliance.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Excel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese to liaise with China‑based clients.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
