Management Staff Responsible for Overseeing All Financial Matters
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and disclosures in accordance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and manage financial risks, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain effective internal controls.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Professional Certification (optional): Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is highly desirable.
- Experience: Proven experience in finance roles, with a track record of success in financial management and reporting. Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
