Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Executive to handle budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting for our clients in the Central area.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3–4 years of relevant experience, with Navision experience and strong Excel skills preferred. You will support month-end close, budgeting, audits, and statutory returns.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools.
• Strong ability to perform variance analysis.
• Experience in budgeting processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recruitment commission calculations for local staff and in-country representatives.
• Perform timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare month-end workings and accounting entries for revenue items.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries in the accounting system.
• Prepare revenue variance analysis and analytical reports.
• Prepare expense variance analysis for management reporting.
• Prepare audit schedules and relevant financial data for management reporting.
• Prepare annual budget templates and consolidate budgets for reporting.
• Prepare budget upload files for the accounting system and management reports.
• Update and maintain documents required for regulatory compliance.
• Support audit queries and audit-related activities.
• Prepare audit financial reports and annual tax returns.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the company.
