Job summary

Cultivar Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance professional to support the Finance Director in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance and budgeting activities. You will work with Business Unit Managers to analyse performance and assist in planning and target setting.

The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and familiarity with ERP systems like Great Plains. ACCA/CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• ACCA/CPA certification is an advantage.
• 5–7 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, preferably with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Finance Director in accounting operations, reporting, compliance and budgeting.
• Collaborate with business units to analyse financial performance and support planning.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for audits and compliance.
• Review financial data, payments, reimbursements, and staff claims for proper documentation.
• Assist in Power BI implementation and financial reporting improvements.
• Prepare and consolidate annual budget and management reports.
