Job summary

wgt ehr pte. ltd. is seeking a Finance professional to support accounting, budgeting, and reporting across operations in Singapore. You will collaborate with business units to prepare management reports and contribute to process improvements, including Power BI dashboards.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 6 years of relevant experience, and strong Excel skills; ERP/Power BI exposure is a plus. This is a full-time role based in the EAST region.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting experience with leadership preferred.
Proficient in Excel; exposure to ERP systems and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support full spectrum of accounting functions including payments, claims, and management reports.
Liaise with auditors and tax agents; assist in audits and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with Business Units for budgeting, financial analysis and performance tracking.
Assist in preparing board/management materials and business surveys.
Support system improvements, automation initiatives and Power BI reporting.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and financial controls.
Perform ad-hoc finance duties as assigned.
Maximise timely delivery of accurate financial information for decision making.
