Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Executive (Finance, Business Control and Credit Management) to support financial control, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and credit management activities.

You will collaborate with business and finance teams to deliver financial insights, strengthen controls and help drive performance across the organisation.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, ACCA/CPA preferred, and SAP or ERP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, business control or related functions.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, credit control and internal controls.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent is preferred.
• SAP or other ERP system experience is an advantage.
• Broad exposure across business control, FP&A, credit risk and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Support daily business control and financial accounting activities.
• Prepare monthly journals, balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports.
• Analyse S&A expenses, budgets, forecasts and variances, highlighting key risks and opportunities.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Conduct credit assessments and recommend credit limits and terms.
• Monitor overdue accounts and mitigate credit risk.
• Coordinate internal and external audit matters and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve financial controls, systems and processes.
• Support finance-related operational matters, including COE, insurance and claims.
• Work with departments to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
