Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8–12 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development skills.
• Advanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision and performance coaching to staff.
• Coordinate daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Plan and execute budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Review outputs from staff to support strategic planning.
• Develop departmental financial policies and procedures.
• Oversee preparation of financial reporting results.
• Collaborate with Operations to support business initiatives.
• Execute capex projects within approval guidelines.
• Apply cross-functional knowledge to improve performance.
