Job summary

MEGAMIND CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst focusing on AI and Digital Transformation to help deliver strategic AI-enabled digital products for a global client.

You will work with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Digital Product Managers, architects, and data/AI teams to translate complex challenges into scalable solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep business-analysis and process-transformation capabilities with hands-on AI technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise software, digital products or transformation programmes.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-management experience.
• Strong process-mapping and process-transformation capabilities.
• Practical understanding of modern AI technologies.
• Experience working in Agile product organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews across different business functions.
• Analyse and document current-state and future-state processes.
• Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Design scalable and standardised workflows supporting global business operations.
• Help define business capabilities and transformation roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution specifications.
• Create and maintain BRDs, Epics, User Stories, Process specifications, Acceptance criteria.
• Create wireframes or prototypes to validate ideas and align stakeholders.
• Support Product Owners with backlog definition, refinement and prioritisation.
• Contribute to product vision, MVP scope, success criteria and release planning.
• Define business data and integration requirements.
• Analyse information flows across systems.
• Document business rules, dependencies and process triggers.
• Work closely with Solution Architects on integration and process-orchestration requirements.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Facilitate alignment across global, regional and local stakeholders.
