Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a finance support professional to handle payments, enquiries and collections. You will manage GIRO and credit card collections for General Insurance products, and perform accurate payment processing and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone and email enquiries from customers, agents and internal teams
• Process and update payments accurately in the system
• Manage GIRO and credit card collections for General Insurance products
• Perform account reconciliation and payment allocation
• Follow up on outstanding and unreconciled payments
• Resolve customer account and payment-related queries
• Assist with system enhancements and UAT testing
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support other administrative and ad hoc duties as required
