Job summary

Mandate of Manpower Pte. Ltd. is seeking an accounting/finance professional to support internal control implementation and streamline finance workflows in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor inward transactions, coordinate with banks for GIRO approvals, and assist in payroll-related reconciliations and monthly closings.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and documentation of workflows and policies, with opportunities to collaborate with auditors and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating and implementing internal control procedures.
• Assist in reviewing and recommending new finance work processes and improvements.
• Daily monitoring of inward transactions.
• Collaborate with external counterparts for monthly closing.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and prompt disbursements.
• Process GIRO Application Forms and liaise with banks for approval.
• Provide reliable data for cash flow projections.
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register with regular asset counts.
• Liaise with HR for payroll reconciliation.
• Document workflow and policies.
• Review AP ageing with long outstanding balances and follow-up closely for closure.
• Liaise with audit partners.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
