Job summary
GNAME.COM PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a finance-oriented professional to support daily operations, process payments, claims, and petty cash, and maintain precise records.
You will assist data entry, reconciliations, and monthly reports, contributing to month-end closings and schedules while providing general finance support. The role requires a accounting background, 1 year experience preferred, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Around 1 year of relevant experience preferred (fresh grads welcome).
- Solid Excel skills; knowledge of accounting software is a bonus.
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and a team player.
- Fluent English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support daily finance operations like processing payments and staff claims.
- Maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation.
- Assist with data entry, reconciliations, and report preparation.
- Contribute to month-end closing, journal postings, and schedules.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative and finance support as needed.
