Job summary

Minden International PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Executive / Specialist in Singapore to support day-to-day finance operations, month-end closing, partner reconciliations, and statutory audits.

This 1-year fixed-term contract role offers exposure to general ledger activities and collaboration with the finance team. The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of accounting experience, is familiar with SFRS, and proficient in Excel and ERP systems such as Xero.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 1–4 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Xero).
• Experience supporting statutory audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and prepare month-end close schedules.
• Perform journal entries, reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Support partner reconciliations and intercompany balances.
• Assist with audit schedules and respond to auditor requests.
