Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a finance professional for a 6-month contract to support accounting functions, asset tagging, and audits. The role covers fixed asset counting, reconciliation, and finance operations.

You will work with the finance team on accounts payable, month-end closing, and statutory audits, with responsibilities including inventory reporting and assisting external auditors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance; ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong experience in GL and full set of accounts.
• Knowledge of GST and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fixed asset physical count, tagging and reconciliation.
• Assist with inventory reporting including reconciliation, counting and adjustments.
• Assist with business control assessment and testing of controls.
• Work with external auditors on evaluation of controls and statutory audits.
• Assist with preparation of capital asset acquisition requests.
• Support accounts payable tasks within the finance team.
• Assist with book-keeping and month-end closing.
