APTIV8 PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Account Executive to handle daily accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, and general ledger maintenance. The role includes bank reconciliations, month-end processes, and basic financial reporting in a dynamic office environment.

The position supports GST/tax filing and liaises with auditors, suppliers, and internal departments. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, at Trivex Tai Seng.

Formación

• Experience in general accounting and bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with GST/tax filing and compliance is beneficial.
• Ability to liaise with auditors, suppliers and internal departments.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Process Accounts Payable (supplier invoices and payments)
• Manage Accounts Receivable (customer invoicing and collections)
• Prepare payment vouchers and process reimbursements
• Perform bank reconciliation and account balancing
• Maintain general ledger and accurate financial records
• Assist in monthly and year-end financial closing
• Prepare basic financial reports and statements
• Support GST / tax filing and compliance requirements
• Verify financial documents and ensure proper documentation
• Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and internal departments
• Monitor cash flow and outstanding payments
• Update accounting data in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, QuickBooks and MYOB)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
