Job summary

ECLAT SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage and maintain the full set of financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will handle daily receipts and payments, including AP/AR, and assist with GST returns.

You will execute month-end and year-end closings, prepare banking documents, and generate management reports to support decision-making, with opportunities to contribute to payroll processing and audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related certificates.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in cleaning sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Netiquette) and MS Excel.
• Able to work independently and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the full set of financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Handle daily receipts and payments, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely reconciliations.
• Calculate and file quarterly GST returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Prepare and submit banking-related documentation, including account openings, internet banking setups, facility agreements, and pricing documents.
• Generate management reports and financial statements to support decision-making.
• Support monthly payroll processing, including GIRO payment transactions and payroll reconciliation.
• Perform bank reconciliations, petty cash postings, and prepare payment vouchers.
• Assist with financial audits and GST filing.
• Assist in annual audits by preparing financial documents and liaising with external auditors.
