Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a bookkeeping professional in Singapore to manage daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate records. You will handle AR, invoicing, cash and bank reconciliation, and assist month-end closings while coordinating with auditors and suppliers.

The role requires a Diploma in Accountancy or related field and at least 1 year of bookkeeping experience. It is an on-site position with standard 5-day office hours near the East side MRT area.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least 1 year bookkeeping or relevant accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoice preparation, payment recording and receipt issuance.
• Record and reconcile daily cash, bank and other payment transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, receipts and supporting records.
• Assist with GST submissions and other tax-related matters when required.
• Liaise with auditors, suppliers and customers on accounting-related matters.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify account balances.
• Carry out other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Education

Diploma in Accountancy / Accounting / Finance or related field
