Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage accounts payable, general accounting transactions, and related analysis. The role covers monthly and yearly closings, GST documentation, and preparing internal financial reports.

You will also handle expenses, reimbursements, tax withholding, audits, and budget planning, ensuring compliance with company policies and Singapore statutory requirements. A proactive approach to process improvements is valued.

Formación

• Experience in accounts payable and general accounting procedures.
• Familiarity with GST compliance.
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing.
• Budget planning and reporting experience.
• Knowledge of statutory financial requirements in Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accounts payable processing, accounting transactions, and related accounts analysis; financial report preparation and stock taking.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures; prepare financial reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records for internal reports; handle GST-related documentation.
• Post expenses, process employee reimbursements, and resolve payment issues efficiently.
• Administer withholding tax, ensuring timely submission and payment to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore.
• Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to facilitate smooth auditing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting systems.
• Develop and execute yearly expense budget planning, including budget reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and local statutory financial requirements.
• Undertake special assignments and project requirements as needed.
