Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support fieldwork operations by coordinating field supervisors and interviewers.
• Recruit, brief and train new surveyor/interviewer hires.
• Assist in fieldwork planning and scheduling.
• Monitor fieldwork progress and quotas; ensure data quality and reliability.
• Run fieldwork with diverse survey methodologies and sampling methods.
• Escalate fieldwork issues in a timely manner.
• Manage project plans, timelines and SOPs; maintain documentation.
