Job summary

AXANTEUS RESEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a capable Research Executive to support project management, fieldwork, analysis and business development activities. The role involves coordinating budgets, timelines, vendors and client updates across local and overseas projects.

You will design studies, recruit respondents, manage surveyors, perform data processing and contribute to report writing and presentation materials for clients.

Qualifications

• Degree or above; entry level candidates welcome.
• Strong numerical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis are preferred.
• Good standard of English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills and meticulous work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: manage budget, progress and timeline of research projects and liaise with clients.
• Fieldwork: conduct surveys, interview or moderate focus groups and recruit surveyors.
• Analysis and Report-writing: design studies, secondary research, develop questionnaires and perform statistical analysis.
• Assistance in Business development: help prepare proposals and participate in client discussions.

RESEARCH EXECUTIVE

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project Management:

1.1 Managing the overall budget, progress and timeline of research projects

1.2 Selection & management of research partners and vendors

1.3. Managing physical interviews / focus groups and hosting online interviews / focus groups

1.4. Liaising with clients, including providing updates, progress reports as well as interim/final data and results

1.5. Assisting clients who are physically present during local and overseas projects

2. Fieldwork:

2.1. Conducting surveys / interviews or moderating focus groups

2.2 Recruitment / training / management of surveyors and freelancers

2.3. Recruitment of respondents

2.4. Survey programming

2.5. Data processing

3. Analysis and Report-writing:

3.1 Designing studies and analysis strategies

3.2 Secondary research

3.3 Developing questionnaires and discussion guides

3.4 Statistical analysis, charting, analysis and report-writing

3.5. Preparation of presentation materials and presentations

4. Assistance in Business development:

4.1. Assisting with the preparation of proposals and quotations

4.2 Participating in pitching presentations or client pre-commissioning discussions

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Degree and above (Entry level candidates are welcome to apply!)
