Job summary

BLACKBOX RESEARCH PTE LTD is seeking an Operations Executive to coordinate and manage market research projects and fieldwork operations in Singapore. You will work with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and high-quality data.

The role involves supervising interviewers, monitoring progress and costs, and maintaining meticulous reports for management review. Prior experience in survey operations and project coordination is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Market Research, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of market research projects, including survey planning, fieldwork coordination, and project monitoring to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with internal research teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects according to requirements and timelines.
• Manage survey fieldwork activities across multiple projects, ensuring targets, schedules, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Supervise and deploy interviewers to maintain adequate fieldwork coverage, productivity, and compliance with survey protocols.
• Monitor project progress, manpower allocation, and operating costs to optimize resource utilization and stay within budget.
• Ensure timely availability and accurate tracking of fieldwork data, progress reports, and operational updates to support decision-making.
• Conduct data quality checks and investigate discrepancies or irregularities during fieldwork, coordinating with teams for prompt resolution.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, project status updates, and performance metrics for management review.
• Respond to client queries and coordinate follow-up actions to resolve operational or fieldwork-related issues.
• Provide administrative and operational support for market research projects and business development activities.
• Identify and recommend improvements to operational processes, fieldwork efficiency, and data quality.
