Human8 in Singapore is seeking an Insight Manager to lead multiple market research projects across quantitative, qualitative and community research, under the supervision of senior researchers.

You will own project design, fieldwork oversight, data analysis and client communications, guiding junior consultants and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver commercially valuable insights.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in social science, psychology, business, or economics.
• 5–7 years of professional market research experience.

Mansioni

• Project Management: own several smaller projects with little direction from seniors and support on larger strategic projects.
• Fieldwork: moderate and evaluate fieldwork progress, adjust quotas as needed.
• Analysis and Reporting: design analysis plan, brief others, and produce client-ready insights with recommendations.
• Solution Design: translate client needs into project design and select suitable activities/solutions.
• Presenting: deliver client presentations with senior support and assist workshops.
• Account Management: build relationships with clients and manage expectations and financials.
• Growth Marketing/Commercial Management: understand client sectors, share content, and contribute to proposals and pitches.
• Coaching: develop junior consultants through on-the-job coaching.
