Job summary

IT CONSULTANCY & SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Operations Support Specialist to provide Level 1 technical support for day-to-day issues and ensure smooth service delivery across Singapore.

You will work with workshop mechanics and internal teams, perform basic troubleshooting, log incidents, escalate when needed, and help maintain service standards. Training will be provided, and some onsite travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations support, technical support, or related field.
• Familiarity with basic incident handling and customer/service processes.
• Good communication with workshop mechanics and internal teams in Singapore.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic troubleshooting skills or relevant support experience.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Must have at least a class 3 driving license or own a motorbike.
• Comfortable travelling to different locations in Singapore.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support for operational and system-related issues.
• Monitor and support daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and workshop mechanics across Singapore to coordinate and resolve issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, issue logging, escalation, and follow-up.
• Assist in maintaining service standards and operational readiness.
• Support onsite activities when required.
• Prepare simple reports and updates on issues, actions taken, and resolution status.
