Job summary

ES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a Systems Engineer to provide Level 1 technical support and operations assistance across Singapore.

You will interact with workshop mechanics and stakeholders, perform basic troubleshooting, and support issue resolution, with training provided. This is a 1-year contract under agency payroll. Travel to multiple sites in Singapore is required; a Class 3 license or motorbike is needed.

Qualifications

Basic technical troubleshooting skills or relevant support experience.
Good communication with workshop mechanics and internal stakeholders across Singapore.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced operational environment.
Must possess at least a class 3 driving license or possess a motorbike and be willing to travel across locations in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 technical support for operational and system-related issues.
Monitor and support daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Work closely with internal teams and workshop mechanics across Singapore to coordinate and resolve technical issues.
Perform basic troubleshooting, issue logging, escalation, and follow-up.
Assist in maintaining service standards and operational readiness.
Support onsite activities when required.
Prepare simple reports and updates on issues, actions taken, and resolution status.
