Job summary

ES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a Systems Engineer to provide Level 1 technical support and operations assistance across Singapore.

You will interact with workshop mechanics and stakeholders, perform basic troubleshooting, and support issue resolution, with training provided. This is a 1-year contract under agency payroll. Travel to multiple sites in Singapore is required; a Class 3 license or motorbike is needed.

Qualifications

• Basic technical troubleshooting skills or relevant support experience.

• Must possess at least a class 3 driving license or possess a motorbike and be willing to travel across locations in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Prepare simple reports and updates on issues, actions taken, and resolution status.

Work Location: Yio Chu Kang area (Need to travel to different locations, must possess class 3 license or motorbike)

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to provide operational and technical support across Singapore. This role involves supporting day-to-day system operations, delivering Level 1 technical support, and working closely with workshop mechanics to resolve issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have basic technical troubleshooting skills, good communication skills (interact with workshop mechanics and stakeholder), and a willingness to learn . They should be comfortable working with different teams, coordinating issue resolution, and providing support when required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Basic technical troubleshooting skills or relevant support experience
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must possess at least a class 3 driving license or possesses a motorbike.
• Comfortable travelling to different locations in Singapore when required
• Experience in operations support, technical support, or a related field is an advantage
• Familiarity with basic incident handling and customer/service support processes
• Training will be provided
