Job summary

ES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Systems Engineer (L1 Technical Support) to support daily operations across Singapore. You will troubleshoot basic system issues and assist with service readiness while working with workshop mechanics and internal teams.

The role suits candidates with a technical background in electrical & electronic fields or related support experience. Training will be provided to help you grow; driving is required for travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

Possess basic technical troubleshooting skills or relevant technical/operations support experience.
Candidates with an electrical & electronic engineering-related background
Good communication and coordination skills when working with different teams.
Willing to learn, adaptable and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license or own motorbike (Transport Claim for work is given)
Comfortable travelling to different locations across Singapore when required.
Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 technical support and troubleshoot basic system or operational issues.
Monitor daily operations and assist in maintaining system readiness and service standards.
Coordinate with workshop mechanics and internal teams across Singapore to investigate and resolve technical issues.
Log incidents, track progress, elevate unresolved issues and follow up on resolutions.
Support onsite technical activities and operational requirements when needed.
Prepare basic reports and updates on issues, actions taken and resolution status.
