UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES in Tuas, Singapore, is seeking a Service Coordinator to handle customer enquiries, log service requests and coordinate breakdown responses. You will schedule technician jobs, arrange spare parts, liaise with suppliers, and maintain up-to-date records in our systems, including maintenance contracts.

This 5-day role runs 8:30am–5:30pm with company transport pickup at Boon Lay and Jurong East, and offers up to SGD 4,200 monthly.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in business management or related discipline.
• Experience in customer service or service coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer enquiries, service requests and breakdown call logging.
• Schedule and assign service jobs to technicians, including arrangement of spare parts and coordinating with suppliers when required.
• Maintain accurate updates in computer systems, including technician availability and resources allocation.
• Arrange appointments for preventive maintenance for customers.
• Prepare service reports and send monthly invoice to customers.
• Monitor and update customer’s maintenance contract in computer system.
