Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Service Manager for the Heavy Team (Chiller system) in Singapore. You will oversee a team delivering maintenance and repair services, optimize resources, and drive key performance metrics.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage end-to-end service delivery, and ensure EH&S compliance while leveraging Salesforce, ServiceMax and SAP to track progress and financials.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service teams in industrial HVAC/chiller environments.
• Ability to coordinate end-to-end service delivery and renewals.
• Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prioritize, and resolve issues for Chiller system maintenance and repair.
• Optimize manpower, standard time, equipment and energy usage.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train technicians as required.
• Manage end-to-end service delivery and AR for renewals.
• Drive EH&S initiatives and tool adoption (Salesforce, ServiceMax, SAP).
• Monitor KPIs: productivity, expenses, renewal/conversion, margins.
