RecruitPedia Pte Ltd's client, an MNC in the semiconductor industry, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, and service semiconductor inspection equipment at customer sites in Singapore.

You will conduct testing and calibration, provide on-site troubleshooting and user training, and maintain accurate service reports to ensure optimal equipment performance. This role emphasizes uptime and efficiency with on-site customer collaboration.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics and related engineering field.
• Hands-on servicing or maintaining semiconductor inspection equipment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Install, set up, and commission new semiconductor inspection equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct equipment testing, calibration, and user training to ensure proper operation.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective maintenance to resolve issues.
• Provide application and technical support to customers to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and equipment servicing according to schedule.

Our client is an MNC company in the Semiconductor industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Field Service Engineer to join their Engineering team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.

They are located in Town – easily accessible via various modesoftransport.

Job Description:

• Install, set up, and commission new semiconductor inspection equipment at customer sites.

• Conduct equipment testing, calibration, and user training to ensure proper operation.

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective maintenance to resolve technical issues.

• Provide application and technical support to customers, ensuring optimal equipment performance.

• Carry out preventive maintenance and equipment servicing according to scheduled maintenance plans.

• Work closely with customers to minimize equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency.

• Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and weekly activity updates

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

• Preferably with hands-on experience in servicing or maintaining semiconductor inspection equipment
