Randstad Singapore is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform installation, commissioning and buy-off of automated test handlers at customer cleanrooms in Singapore. You will diagnose and repair electro-mechanical issues to maximize uptime, conduct preventive maintenance and calibration, and ensure strict cleanroom safety compliance.

You will also deliver specialized technical training to customer teams, build strong client relationships through proactive communication, and may be eligible

Formación

• Degree or Diploma or Higher NITEC/ITE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Hands-on technical or equipment service experience in semiconductor manufacturing or cleanroom.
• Vehicle ownership eligible for car allowance or reimbursement.
• Prior knowledge of semiconductor automated test handlers is advantageous.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems independently.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical issues on semiconductor test handling equipment to maintain maximum uptime.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, calibration, and engineering upgrades in strict compliance with cleanroom protocols and safety standards.
• Conduct specialized technical training for customer engineering and operations personnel across all experience levels.
• Cultivate and preserve strong, professional relationships with customer engineering teams through proactive communication and technical support.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma or Higher NITEC / ITE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering
• Hands-on technical or equipment service experience within a semiconductor manufacturing or cleanroom environment (ideally from packaging fab environment)
• Possess vehicle will be entitled to car allowance, otherwise, it will be on a reimbursement basis
• Prior technical background or working knowledge of semiconductor automated test handlers is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems and work self-sufficiently with minimal guidance
