Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related engineering field as listed.
• 2+ years of service engineering experience; fresh graduates welcome with training.
• Willingness to travel regionally/overseas; local travel required.
• Strong troubleshooting, planning, and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and support for advanced analytical instruments including P Size, XRF, Spectroscopy and ICP.
• Travel regionally to customer sites for installation, calibration, validation, PM, repairs and training.
• Ensure all activities meet quality standards, safety procedures and site regulations.
• Prepare service quotations for repairs, PMs and spare parts.
• Maintain service reports and documentation; liaise with factories and support teams.
• Identify service opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
