Job summary
WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a service engineer to provide technical service and support for advanced analytical instruments, including Particle Size Analyzers, X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), Spectroscopy, ICP and related systems.

Qualifications
- Must have a diploma/degree in engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant service engineering experience; training provided for fresh graduates.
- Willingness to travel overseas and regionally to support customers.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and customer service orientation.
- Proactive planning and independent work style.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, calibrate, validate, and service analytical instruments.
- Travel regionally to customer sites for service assignments.
- Prepare accurate service quotations for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain service reports and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex issues with global teams and implement corrective actions.
- Train end users to ensure proper operation and maintenance.
