Job summary

Leica Microsystems Singapore is seeking a Field Service Engineer to manage technical enquiries, installations, qualification, repair and maintenance of Leica products at customer sites across SEA & Taiwan. The role requires coordinating with global teams and channel partners to deliver services and meet SLA commitments.

You will travel up to 20-30% within the territory, require a valid driver's license, and work on-site at customer locations, contributing to customer satisfaction and service

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service Delivery operation, especially in medical devices and healthcare equipment industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in field service delivery function.
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical enquiries across SEA & Taiwan region and perform installations, qualification, repair and maintenance of Leica Microsystems products at customer sites.
• Drive growth in service business and meet all service metrics.
• Work with cross-functional teams, global technical teams and channel partners.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and SLA delivery.
