Job summary

Bruker Singapore is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Bruker Semiconductor Metrology tools. You will perform installation, diagnostics, and on-site training to ensure peak instrument performance for customers in the Southeast Asia region.

The role requires a strong technical background in electrical/mechanical engineering, 3–8 years in semiconductor/metrology, and ability to travel up to 30% for international sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical/ mechanical engineering or physical sciences, masters preferred.
• 3–8 years semiconductor/metrology experience.
• Experience with laser, optical profilers, and X-ray service is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Perform site surveys, pre-installation and installation of Bruker Semiconductor Metrology Tools locally and internationally.
• Provide high-level technical support at customer sites.
• Deliver on-site training to customers and develop service documentation.
• Maintain knowledge base and update troubleshooting resources.
• Travel up to 30% within Southeast Asia as needed.
