Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Singapore to install, qualify, commission, and maintain Cytiva equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards while delivering excellent customer support. You will collaborate with Service Sales, Commercial, Logistics and Product teams to meet customer needs and improve the overall service experience.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in Life Sciences/Biotech with engineering background and be prepared for international travel; a valid driver’s

Qualifications

1–2 years’ experience in Life Sciences or Biotech with engineering background.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English.
Ability to travel extensively within Singapore and ASEAN.

Responsibilities

Execute field service activities including installation, qualification, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of Cytiva equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Deliver excellent customer support by meeting service KPIs, maintaining accurate service records in CRM, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate across teams including Service Sales, Commercial, Logistics, and Product teams to support customer needs, prepare service recommendations, and enhance the overall customer experience.
