Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent field service education.
• 1–2 years of field service/customer support/equipment maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic experience.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum tech, thermodynamics.
• Familiarity with hand tools and test equipment like multimeters.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license and passport if travel is required.
• Ability to comply with customer site safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades at customer sites.
• Use digital analytics and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas delivery systems.
• Communicate with customers regarding service activities and equipment status.
• Carry out additional assigned operational and technical duties.
