BD is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Singapore to install, maintain and repair flow cytometry instruments and related systems. You will ensure high uptime, deliver excellent customer service, and support service revenue growth in a regulated lab environment.

The role requires a degree in Biomedical/Engineering or related field, 3+ years of instrumentation experience, and strong problem-solving skills. On-site work in Singapore with potential training and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Biomedical Eng, Biotechnology, Electronics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in instrumentation, preferably biotech lab instruments.
• Experience with flow cytometry is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Install and commission instruments per GDPMS and procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance within schedules.
• Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues for customers.
• Provide maintenance and repair under warranty/service contracts.
• Train customers on operation and basic maintenance.
