Job summary

Leica Microsystems Singapore is seeking a Field Service Engineer to manage technical inquiries across SEA and Taiwan, install, qualify, repair and maintain Leica products at customer sites, and transfer knowledge to customers and partners. You will report to the Service Manager, SEA & Taiwan, and work on-site in Singapore or abroad.

The role requires 5+ years in field service delivery in medical devices, strong communication, and ability to travel. SFDC Service Lightning experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service delivery, especially in medical devices or healthcare equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% and lift/move service tools.
