Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, and service a wide range of industrial machinery and automated equipment.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams, travelling to sites locally and overseas as required, ensuring safe, reliable operation and high equipment uptime through proactive maintenance and technical support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
• Experience in service engineering, field service, equipment engineering, maintenance engineering, automation, or industrial machinery.
• Hands-on experience with robot arms, CNC machines, FPI cleaning lines, high-vacuum systems, heat treatment furnaces, PLC control systems, servo motors, HMI, pneumatic/hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of industrial equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues.
• Troubleshoot robotics, CNC machines, FPI lines, high-vacuum systems, heat treatment furnaces, PLCs, HMIs, sensors and drives.
• Read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams, PLC I/O drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Provide on-site technical support and basic training to customers when required.
