Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a field technician to install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery and automation systems. You will provide on-site technical support and training to customers and perform servicing at local and overseas sites.

Travel locally and overseas when needed, liaising with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred; PLC, robotics and laser marking skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in machinery or automation equipment servicing.
• Experience in PLC, robotics, automation, laser marking, or pad printing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery and automation systems.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
• Perform servicing and repairs at local and overseas customer sites.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
