Job summary

TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician to install, service, and maintain robotic and electro-mechanical systems at customer sites in Singapore.

This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys working with mechanical and electrical systems and learning about robotics. The position is full-time with salary up to SGD 3,500 per month, depending on experience; travel to field sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering.
• At least 2 years of hands-on field service/maintenance experience.
• Experience with robotics or electromechanical systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and support robotic systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, servicing and inspections.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Repair, adjust, and replace components as needed.
• Provide service reports and parts usage records.
• Communicate with customers and site personnel professionally.
• Travel to customer sites across Singapore; after-hours support when required.
• Assist with spare-parts management.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering when necessary.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to engineering.
